My friend and I ordered 2 drinks here and the drinks were ok but at the end the waiter without asking us if we wanted to put an amount as a tip on the bill. When we already payed we saw this and asked what it was for and he told us that we had to give a tip.My friend didn't want to argue anymore so we just left. But this isn't ok since tipping in Berlin is not obligatory.

We chose this place because it has a nice atmosphere. The waitress (red hair, upper and bottom lips piercings) was extremely rude and judged us on how much we were going to eat. It took nearly 1.30 hours for us to wait for one Caesar salad, cheesy fries and our three mains (2 chicken burgers and two meatballs with potato puree).

As around 55 minutes passed, we asked another waitress on how much it was going to take. She said 10 minutes, we waited more than 20 - so nearly 1.30 hours in total. We asked again and the rude waitress sneared about us to the waiter that we asked about our food. During this time, we only had finished drinks on our table. Nobody apologised or told us that it was going to take that long as the menu was supposed to be fast. We lost an activity because of that. I work in hospitality and this has been one of the worst experiences so far.

Their excuse was that they were busy. I did not see that though. We were only 6 tables around - all waiting for food. The table next to us ordered vegetarian food and they received meat - while my friend ordered a burger without onions and she received onions. The quality of the food was okay.

I do not recommend it.

Great service, enough selection of cuisines they have pizza, pasta, seafood dishes and german food. Nice interior and restaurant ambience. Good prices.

We went there randomly, and rhe place is gorgeous from the inside! Very romantic atmosphere, a little nore expensive prices than nearby places but it is totally worth it, great stuff also!

Decoration, beverage and prices are nice! Personaly I would add another beer option. However, noone gave us discount after we showed staff a picture of a mouse that just ran out of kitchen. See bellow, winking at me like he's Mickey mouse and I am innocent child

Located in Hakescher Market, is a great place to have a beer during night. It is packed with tourists and locals.
