Amazing experience with the emergency urology department. They were so competent, friendly, and on top of the ball. Same with the Radiology department. Very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. (The night staff)
Unfortunately nothing could be found out and I was transferred to the main Emergency department.
This is where the endless waiting starts……
Waited 3 hours with a full room and only 1 doctor. There were 10 people waiting before the 3hours and also when we left. No movement!! Total time at hospitalu003d9h.
Came back 10am the next day. Been here 2 hours already and barely any movement.
People are coughing into the air and not covering their mouth with their arm.
During Corona, the hospital should put all types of diagrams on the wall. Ie. If you cough cover your mouth with your elbow!! The waiting room should not be an infection site for the people waiting. So many people coughing right into the air and not a picture to show them that hey, here’s how you are supposed to do it safely.
This emergency room is not the place I would return to ever again. They seem short staffed and not well organized.
The next day tried to get a copy of my Radiology test results. Asked the man at the help desk/counter. So sat down and waited. Nothing happened after 30 minutes. Went and asked what was going and apparently the man left and had not told anyone and we were sitting there waiting for nothing. So the next lady had to help us and we waited again for her. We were the only ones there and the guy just left without telling anyone. Unbelievable.
3 stars because of the fabulous urology department, otherwise I would be giving it a zero.
