Essen kam halb kalt an. Soße falsch. Angerufen und neue Soße bekommen. Essen war bis die Soße ankam komplett kalt. Lieferant sagte das er damit nichts zu tun hätte. Beim Restaurant angerufen und wurde vereinbart das ich am nächsten Tag das Essen ersatzweise neu haben kann, kostenlos. Am nächsten Tag angerufen: nein das machen wir nicht. Vor Ort wurde gesagt das der Mitarbeiter dies gesagt hätte unter Stress. Sehr unfreundlich wurde immer wieder gesagt das der Besitzer und der stellvertretende Besitzer das egal wäre das diese Abmachung getroffen wurde. Sehr unfreundlich wurde mir die Hälfte des bestellten essen als Ersatz angeboten und gesagt das ich nicht mehr da bestellen solle nachdem ich gesagt habe okay dann bestell ich hier nicht mehr wurde ich fast des Restaurants verwiesen.
Einfach ein schlechter Service.
Nachdem ich das Essen bekommen habe wurde mir auch noch lebenslänglich Hausverbot erteilt.
Ich kann niemanden empfehlen dort zu essen oder zu bestellen.
Einfach nur traurig was für ein Service man dort bekommt.

Grundsätzlich ist das Essen "okey". Bestellt wurde Schnitzel, Currywurst, Pommes, Pizzabrötchen ein Bohnensalat und ein normaler Salat. Die Schnitzel waren in Ordnung. Geschmacklich allerdings eher weniger überzeugend. Die Currywurst war etwas laff. Nicht mehr als durchschnittlich. Die Pommes waren dafür allerdings gut. Natürlich etwas weich (normal bei einer Lieferung) aber trotzdem gut gewürzt. Die Pizzabrötchen waren geschmacklich auch nicht überragend. Tatsächlich waren sie ein wenig zu trocken und nicht wirklich gut gefüllt. Beide Salate waren aber absolut nichts. Wässrig und ohne Geschmack. Kein Salz kein garnichts.
Lieferung war angemessen schnell und der Lieferant freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eher schlecht. Ich würde, wenn die Qualität so bleibt, erstmal eher nicht wieder dort bestellen.

Ich bestelle immer um ca. 20:30 - 21:30, meine Bestellung kommt immer innerhalb von 25-40 Minuten. Ja, man hat mal Pommes anstatt Bratkartoffeln geliefert und die Majo hat auch mal gefehlt, aber sonst hab ich nix zu meckern. Alles war immer frisch und warm. Und an all die Experten die Pommes bestellen und sich wundern das sie nicht so frisch sind wie im Restaurant, jaaa, so ist das bei Lieferung! Kommt in der Realität an! Ich war immer zufrieden hier
