Ich bin Allergikern und war heute endlich zur Erstimpfung gegen Corona im Helios Klinikum Wuppertal, in der Hautklinik. Die Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus waren sehr gut. Der heutige Ablauf in der Klinik erwies sich als überaus zuvorkommend, verständnisvoll und kompetent. Frau Professor Dr. med. Hofmann, Sr. Andrea und Sr. Olga bewiesen neben dem notwendigen Know-How, absolute Empathie. Ich danke dem "Dream-Team" für die hervorragende Leistung und kann an dieser Stelle nur jedem verunsicherten Patienten empfehlen, sich vertrauensvoll an diese Fachkräfte zu wenden! Diese Klinik ist unhygienisch 2 Monate auf eine OP gewartet wegen einer Arcne Inversa. Die Narkoseärztin war nett und freundlich. Der Operierende Arzt war sehr direkt ich hatte ihn vor der OP gefragt ob die Arcne Inversa nicht mit einer Drenaige behandeln könnte und die Wunde wieder verschließen könnte wie es in den USA üblich ist er meinte Eiskalt nein das rentiert sich nicht. Jetzt muss die Wunde zu heilen die sehr groß ist. Nach der OP bin ich im Zimmer aufgewacht was vollkommen verdreckt war der Boden war überall am kleben alles voller Staub.
Und das bei einer offenen Wundheilung eine Pfleger und eine Pflegerin waren in Ordnung den Rest so lala. Als ich die Visiete Ärztin aufmerksam auf das dreckige Zimmer machte meinte Sie wir putzen nur oberflächlich. Einfach nur ????
