Rude customer service.
Termin was at 14:00, went their 14:20 because baby needed diaper change due to potty and additional there was traffic as well. Called 3 times to inform about situation and our lateness.
Number from website said," you have called out of our working time", then called thrice on number provided in email, nobody answered after 10 of minutes of waiting.
Then Drove 35 km just to hear that you are late. make another appointment. Great! Successfully wasted my 70 minutes in drive and fuel for 70 km.
Couldn't dare to make an appointment again.

I ordered some curtains and went to pick them outside the car I decided to check them out instead of coming back again if I don’t like them. I went inside to return them the Leiterin a woman was so unfriendly she was asking me why I ordered my stuff if I was returning some of them she was so angry me like a regular customer I felt really bad someone should talk to her she’s not customer friendly with one lady at the info. Desk I have found her many times and she’s not friendly! I was very disappointed!

I had a bad experience with their online service, so from today I kinda hate Mömax.

I just moved to a new apartment, did not have any dining table.
So, I ordered dining table, it should have been delivered within 10 days, it came 2 months later aaaand ... it was wrong table!

Excellent store to create your indoor spaces at home. Think of it as a local and more stylish IKEA. They have options for delivery and setup. Recommend!

Nice staff, mid-quality products mostly, there are few "premium" ones. Got us some sheets, they're full of holes after one use... Food in the restaurant not that bad, quite cheap I'd say. The place is clean.
