It's not so great apartment.. Cleaning will be done 2 weeks once and it is bit old apartment.. Lot of changes need to be done interms of dishwasher, cleaning, bathroom etc

Amazing complex of apartments. Very nice architecturally, clean, comfortable amd modern. Inside there is everything a tenant may need: Fitness Studio, Laundry and Iron Room, a Canteen. I am very pleased with all the services.

Not the best place to stay. Cleaning rules by house management are absurd. They expect you to do all the cleaning just before the scheduled cleaning day. Few good things here are the common gym, Kika game board, community room and table tennis room. There's also a bakery here at the entrance. Good for a quick bite and coffee.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are good and clean and properly ventilated. Has many recreation facilities like badminton, table tenis, foosball, gym and pool table.
Not a big city though and has only 1 shopping center but the advantage is that it is very close to the station.

The place is very close to the Weilimdorf S Bahn station. I think that is the only good thing about it. The staff is very rude and tries to take a fight with all the occupants at any given time. The rooms are just okay with average amenities. Internet is good. If you can find something better in the same price then I highly suggest you to do that.
