Wir waren im Januar mit nicko und dem World Voyager in der Karibik. Route Curaçao nach St. Martin. Eine tolle Route, gespickt mit vielen Highlights und jeden Tag eine andere Insel. Die Ausflüge waren sehr gut organisiert und vielseitig. Die Destination eignet sich sehr gut für Schnorcheln. Wir hatten so viele unvergessliche Eindrücke!! Das Schiff ist top! Die Kabinen und öffentlichen Bereiche sind schön eingerichtet, super Design, edle Farbwelt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Das Essen ist spitze, der Service 1A und das Team an Bord ausgesprochen freundlich. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war die Zodiacfahrt! Ganz explizit möchten wir außerdem die Kreuzfahrtleiterin Sabine und Ausflugskoordinatorin Jana mit ihrem Engagement loben und die informativen Vorträge des Lektors. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Liebäugeln als nächstes mit den Azoren…

Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Die von Nicko Cruises durchgeführten Ausflüge waren alle sehr gut organisiert und vor allem fand ich sehr positiv, dass wir von Anfang bis Ende der Reise auf allen Ausflügen vom gleichen, sehr guten und deutschsprachigen Reiseleiter geführt wurden. Das Personal auf dem Schiff war durchweg sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Für mich war es die erste Reise nach Norwegen und somit wusste ich nicht, was mich erwarten würde. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Geiranger Fjord und die Lofoten waren für mich die landschaftlichen Highlights der Kreuzfahrt. Aber auch die idyllischen Städte wie Bergen, Leknes, Kristiansund und mein persönlicher Favorit Alesond haben mir unvergessliche Eindrücke beschert. Die Zeit auf der Vasco da Gama hat das Bordpersonal mit einem Top Service, abwechslungsreichen Unterhaltungsprogrammen und preiswerten Cocktails sehr angenehm gestaltet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: ich durfte von 13.00 bis 23.00Uhr so viele Cheeseburger essen, wie ich wollte. Die zusätzlichen Pfunde muss ich jetzt wieder abtrainieren ????.

Due to the small size (maximum 200 guests) there was a family atmosphere on the ship. We felt very comfortable. Our cabin on deck 6 was well equipped and had its own balcony. Pool, fitness area and sauna with a view of the sea (and dolphins !!!) as well as other amenities are available on board. Unfortunately, it was relatively difficult to get an appointment for the sauna area, because due to the pandemic, only one household was allowed to use the sauna at the same time and many guests booked several appointments a day. Here it would be nice if every household could book a maximum of one appointment a day and a maximum of 3 days in advance, so that every guest has the opportunity to visit the sauna. Otherwise it was really a great trip! The food was delicious and varied. We were well entertained on board with bingo afternoons, cocktail mix courses, Zodiac rides, evening shows, live music, etc. The excursions were varied and well planned and carried out. We felt very safe at all times, as there was a hygiene concept with daily temperature measurements, regular rapid tests, disinfectant racks, etc. everywhere. We can definitely recommend this trip and will definitely take further trips with nicko cruises !!!

Vom 24. Juni bis 05. Juli 2021 haben wir unsere erste Hochseekreuzfahrt auf der WORLD VOYAGER gemacht. Und was soll ich sagen: Wir sind total begeistert! Von Madeira aus ging es zu den Azoren. Wir besuchten insgesamt 6 der 9 Azoreninseln. Landschaftlich war dies wirklich atemberaubend. Das Wetter war durchwachsen, aber die Route wurde ein bisschen angepasst, so dass uns auf einigen Inseln strahlender Sonnenschein erwartete. Auf dem Schiff herrschte aufgrund der geringen Größe (maximal 200 Gäste) ein familiäres Miteinander. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Unsere Kabine auf Deck 6 war gut ausgestattet und mit eigenem Balkon. Pool, Fitnessbereich und Sauna mit Blick aufs Meer (und auf Delfine!!!) sowie weitere Annehmlichkeiten an Bord sind vorhanden. Leider war es relativ schwierig, einen Termin für den Saunabereich zu ergattern, da aufgrund der Pandemie nur ein Haushalt die Sauna zur gleichen Zeit nutzen durfte und viele Gäste mehrere Termine am Tag buchten. Hier wäre es schön, wenn jeder Haushalt maximal einen Termin am Tag und maximal 3 Tage im Voraus buchen kann, so dass jeder Gast die Möglichkeit auf einen Saunabesuch hat. Ansonsten war es aber wirklich eine tolle Reise! Das Essen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Wir wurden an Bord gut unterhalten mit Bingo-Nachmittagen, Cocktailmixkursen, Zodiacfahrten, Abendshows, Livemusik, etc. Die Ausflüge waren abwechslungsreich sowie gut geplant und durchgeführt. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr sicher gefühlt, da es ein Hygienekonzept mit täglichem Fiebermessen, regelmäßigen Schnelltests, überall Desinfektionsmittelständer, etc. gab. Wir können diese Reise auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt noch weitere Reisen mit nicko cruises unternehmen!!!
