Please think again If you want to borrow a car at this branch. It looks like they are trying to cheat foreigner.
I rent a car here and returned it as same condition. I took photos for proof before depature. It looked ok to me without any damage.
However, after 1month from return they charged repair fee almost 400 euros with unnoticeable scratch at a wheel.
I compared their report and my proof, but thoes were totally same. It’s unfair that charge repair fee even I have proof for the damage. Because I’m foreigner, and not staying there anymore?

Had prepaid reservation for BMW 1 series. When I came to pick it up they didn't have it available and I was offered higher class Audi A6 with no additional charges. Very happy with this car, it made my weekend. Great service, thank you!

I found sixt to be the cheapest car rental company when I was looking while holidaying in Germany. I originally booked a A class or equivalent diesel, however it was unavailable when I arrived which didn't bother me too much as we were upgraded to a BMW 230i a much more powerful and luxurious car. The staff members also spoke English which made things easy for me. The car was amazing and I returned it without problem at another destination (I organised this when I booked the car) there were no hassles and it was quick and easy thank you!

Had prepaid reservation , I arrived 2 hours after my booking and the car was not there. They said I would have to wait one hour. I complained and they called the police. The police came and told us I was right . And then they said that they won’t give me car and cancelled my reservations. Ofcourse later I contacted the central office and they refund me the money and will investigate the behavior of that employee. Choose wisely your partners and employees.

I have booked a quite expensive cabrio 1 week before the pick up date. The day I went to pick up the car they said no cabrio is available in the station or any where near. They offered another car category but the reason I booked is that I wanted to drive a cabrio not an Opel Adam or low category Audi. Customet support was nice to try to solve the issue. I cancelled my booking and went to a competitor instead.

badest customer service ever !! i paid 170euros to reserve a mercedes(or similar) and a gps..the result : no mercedes and no gps !! they give me a volkswagen beetle(not similar at all) instead !!! what a bad service !! never gonna rent a car there again !! what is the point to pay that much for reserve when they dont respect it !!! because i had no choice and could not rent somewhere else..they took advantage of that !!! go somewhere else !!!
