The tiramisu was extremely creamy and as advertised without an egg. The potions were only selective. I suspect the tiramisu was put together on a cream basis at short notice.

The pinsa was generally good. Unfortunately, the spice used completely covered the taste and everything tasted very unpleasantly of dried oregano. I would do without these spice mixtures and rather season the tomato sauce a little more, the rest should be done by the fresh ingredients themselves.
The tiramisu was rather uninteresting for my taste. It consisted for the most part only of saw and was therefore rather air and tasteless. Even without using the egg, the tiramisu could do with more flavor and "body".

Zutaten u0026 Zubereitung (1 Stern):
Frische Zutaten und guter Teig. Auf der Pinsa wurde leider eine Art Pizza-Gewürz mit getrochneten Kräutern verwendet.
Das Tiramisu war extrem sahnig und wie angegeben ohne Ei. Die Tränke war nur punktuell. Ich vermute das Tiramisu wurde kurzfristig auf einer Sahnebasis zusammengestellt.

Geschmack (0 Stern):
Die Pinsa war grundsätzlich gut. Leider hat das verwendete Gewürz komplett den Eigengeschmack überdeckt und alles hat sehr unangenehm nach getrocknetem Oregano geschmeckt. Ich würde auf diese Gewürzmischungen verzichten und lieber die Tomatensoße etwas stärker würzen, den Rest sollten die frischen Zutaten selber machen.
Das Tiramisu war für meinen Geschmack eher uninteressant. Es bestand zum Großteil nur aus Sahen und war somit eher Luft und geschmacksneutral. Auch ohne Ei zu verwenden könnte das Tiramisu mehr Geschmack und "Körper" vertragen.

Preis-/ Leistung (1 Sterne):
Ist grundsätzlich ok.

Besonderheit (0 Sterne):
Gibt es nichts.

Fazit:
Versuchen sollte man dies Pinsa auf alle Fälle. Für mich persönlich macht man den tollen Ansatz vom Teig und den Zutaten durch das schreckliche Gewürz on top wieder komplett kaputt - lasst das weg. Das Tiramisu würde ich nicht nochmal bestellen.
