That hotel was okay most of the time.

The room was old, but clean and spacious, but as it was very close to the street, the noise bothered a little during the night. There was also no air conditioning, which is pretty bad in the summer.

The entrance is not good for wheelchair users because there is a flight of stairs that cannot be avoided.

The breakfast is good and the location is ok.

Small rooms, and old beddings, the pillows feel like they have gone through laundry machine many times, with only hard balls inside!
Main problem though was the noise. I had a room on the ground floor and the whole night I had loud noise from the street from one side and the staff and guests talking loud and banging doors on the other side. Barely managed to get very limited and yet horrible quality of sleep, being woken up constantly!
The staff was friendly but just terribly slow. They worked more like student volunteers than hospitality staff.

The hotel is ok for the price I paid (40 euro), outs just 5 min walking from the Hauptbahnhof, checking in/out is easy and fast. Wlan is fast, hearing works, hot water has a great pressure, towels were clean and soft, bed configurable, there was a desk in my room, but no chairs. The hotel is a bit rundown, lots of noise from the entrance door and early in the morning from the street...but it's cheap...I would not have expected more for that price.

The rooms were quite dirty and damaged at some points e.g. the handle of the shower had a part of it's plastic ripped off. The young man at the reception seemed rude. His assistant the day before was really polite and professional. In the night you can hear doors bring opened and literally shut with force. I did not have breakfast. All in all acceptable when you are in a tight budget or just want to save yourself some money.

It’s my worst experience with hotels for the whole life. The Single room is only enough for 1 person. As I travel with my child, there is no chance for us to sleep together in such a small bed. It’s +30 outside, but there is no air conditioner, only not working fan. It’s crazy hot in the room. The shower has only HOT water.
I wanted to update my room to a room with bigger bed but he said it’s impossible because we ‘touched’ it already.
I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

This Hotel vas a good price / value ratio. Rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are quite small. We were traveling with two children and could chech 3 rooms and take the bigger one. The furniture is visibly used and would need to be renewed soon. Especially the table looked terrible. This hotel has a small lift which is very convenient and fast. The location is very good, about 8 minutes from main train station and 7 minutes from subway station into other direction near Milaneo. The staff was very friendly. Nearby is a shopping center with a plenty of food stores for every taste.

The hotel is not the same with the photos. Very old hotel, quite clean, we can hear everything from our room!!! We arrived at the hotel around 8pm, the reception he is very not polite, almost rude (no greeting, no smile at all, like we bother him when we asking him something) He treated us not professional at all. I was very shocked !! The manager of hotel need to find someone who's professional !! But the hotel is near from the city, we can parked free in front of hotel from 8am-10pm ????. For the price we paid actually is ok the hotel. Only the guys who work at the reception on night shift he need to change absolutely !!!
