I’ve gone to ask for information about my own bahncard to be able to enter it in the app and present it on the train. The man who has attended me has refused to give me this information, even showing him the proof of purchase of the card. He has told me that I have to pay a fine directly.
Later I’ve called customer service where they have given me the information I needed and they have told me that in the Reisezentrum could give me this information because it doesn’t violate the data protection law.
