The doctors are very friendly and informative. They took time by every visit to sit and talk about what was going on with my daughter. Much more so were the nurses at the Zirkus station. Wonderful women who were very helpful and did anything possible to make our stay more comfortable. Some of the friendliest people I’ve met! They all definitely deserve respect!

This place was a huge disappointment. After waiting almost two months for an appointment that took, literally, less than one minute, I had to wait over an hour for my son to be seen. After about 35 minutes, I asked how much longer I might expect to wait and was regarded quite rudely, as if it was ridiculous to inquire about such a long wait. There were 3 or 4 ladies behind the reception desk and, despite being the only one in the waiting room for at least a half hour, nobody took a moment to express their apologies or attempt to find out what the hold up was. I understand appointments can go longer than expected and mess up the schedule a bit, but over an hour is unreasonable, especially without explanation.

Nice doctors and nurses in the children ward... The waiting time for emergency is really long and sometimes only one doctor is on duty.

The next day she did not come but another doctor who was very kind and compassionate. She couldn't understand her colleague's decision either.

Meine Tochter 3 Monate alt wurde wegen dem RS-Virus vom Kinderarzt dort hin überwiesen.
Die Wartezeiten waren okay und alle waren wirklich sehr freundlich dort, bis auf eine Ärztin. Die war ziemlich unverschämt.
Auf meine Fragen gab es patzige antworten und trotzdem sollten wir von ihr aus noch eine Nacht bleiben, obwohl zwei Ärzte meinten eine Nacht ist völlig ausreichend. Ich schätze sie hatte wohlmöglich einen schlechten Tag gehabt,
nur sollte man es nicht an die falschen Leute auslassen!
Am nächsten Tag kam sie nicht, sondern eine andere Ärztin, die sehr freundlich und mitfühlend war. Sie konnte die Entscheidung ihrer Kollegin auch nicht nachvollziehen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und deshalb auch die 5 Sterne.

Ich bin zutiefst entsetzt über diese Klinik. In einer Notsituation mit einem wenige Wochen alten Säugling Mitten in der Nacht ist das einzige was dem Personal einfällt sich an die hauseigenen Corona Regeln zu halten. Also ich war mit meinem Sohn zur Klumpfuß Behandlung hier in der Klinik.
im großen und ganzen kann ich mich nicht über die Schwestern beklagen,sie sind höflich und zuvorkommend.
das einzige was mich wirklich sehr stört ist,das mein Sohn hier in einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht einmal die Station verlassen darf!
Der Grund Corona. es ist ja nicht so das wir hier auf die iso zimmer gehen und allen infizierten die Hände schütteln oder einen Wettlauf machen wollten,wir wollten lediglich in der Cafeteria einen Kuchen essen!
Jeder der hier rein kommt muss nen tagesaktuellen test mitbringen,also kann es ja nicht schlimm sein.
und gerade bei dem Wetter und gefühlt 40 grad auf dem Zimmer muss es doch wohl möglich sein sich etwas frei bewegen zu können. Man fühlt sich gefangen!!!
