I was 2 times with them. Although I had a sad time and situation there, but the doctors are fantastic, care and professional; Also the staff are very care, kind and responsible. I am a English speaker and I have no problem there.Highly recommend. In compare of Klinikum Nord, this hospital is the heaven!

Firstly I am very surprised on the average rating of this Hospital. I think it deserves 6 stars. My rating is based on service of support staff which is the security and of the medical department (Gynecology)

Situation 1:

A few days back my wife who is 7 months pregnant was rushed to the hospital for medical reasons. Due to covid measures I wasn't allowed in the hospital. I was wearing a pair of shorts and a sweatshirt and it was freezing. The security comes to me and asks me if all is ok and I explained the situation and I clearly was worried and he understood it, I said I just want an update as its been 30 minutes, he said " My friend come with me" took me to the reception and we were told shes on another floor so the security called up the department and got an update for me !!! Can you imagine the relief after I got an update. Post which he said don't worry all will be good and said why don't you wait inside as its way too cold outside and was told where to sit an wait. Absolutely fantastic customer service and professionalism and definitely had the human touch considering the situation. I don't speak German so he translated everything to me.
I would like to give the names of two of the security guards at that day if asked by the hospital.

Situation 2:

I was taken to the respective department and met my wife and the doctor.
Unfortunately she had to be admitted for observation for 2 days but in those 2 days she experienced extremely friendly, courteous and professional doctors and nurses.

I am lucky that we stay so close to the hospital and the treatment my wife got was nothing but EXCELLENT !!

UPDATE;

Since my post we have been twice to the hospital both times were spoken to extremely rudely by the staff at the reception/info point.

Info point is the First Point if contact with people coming in and if that’s a disaster then what’s the point.

The medical staff is still excellent.

I have reduced my rating mainly because of my experience with the staff at the info point.

Had my daughter last week. Wonderful experience. Super professional ladies in Kreissal and Section A2. All the doctors, hebammes, nurses. Thank you for your services even in these hard times.

Will never forget the hospitality.

The process went completely smooth.

My daughter was born at Hallerwiese in March 2021. The support from the whole team at the klinikum was great!! Above and beyond, could not ask for more. Thank you Hallerwiese team, you made me and my wife feel very comfortable during the whole labour!!

After giving birth the wochen bett station was super, very friendly personal, helpfuly it was a nice experience, BUT, i would NEVER give birth there, they treat us like animals not persons they didn't care about our needs or problems very unfriendly in the labour and delivery section, i would definitely NOT recommend to anyone that place.

I was there today to get a check up due to a strong pain; I have had some symptoms since some weeks that were not very clear until today when they got worst; I explained that, when I arrived to the hospital and I was waiting for one and a half hour to talk to a doctor when Dr. Fabian Schmidt came to tell me why I waited 3 weeks to see a doctor and suddenly I decide to go on a Saturday evening, so that was not an emergency. He didn't attended because they don't have an specialist there. So I waited 1 and a half hour to listen to someone asking why I don't pick the right time to have pain in the most disrespectful way. It would be more than enough to tell me "We don't attend these cases here". Really upset and disappointed of the service

We’re Americans on vacation here and my father fell ill with severe stomach pains...was admitted here immediately and saw a doctor within about 1 hour. Great care, very patient healthcare team. Highly recommend!!
