I have to say , Gisela you really have some healing good energy vibes working through your hands! What a well rounded facial experience it was. Upon meeting, your friendly casual demeanor had me feeling as though we’d already known one another. Starting with the skin analysis and a proper cleansing and removal of whatsoever product/makeup left on my skin, was I already sinking into the facial bed (under the soft warm blankets) feeling completely at ease. You made proper and clear recommendations as to what treatments would be good for my skin and shared helpful information on product and my at home regimen techniques. True relaxation I believe is a large aspect of what keeps our skin looking a feeling healthy, and to top it all of the facial massage, head massage and neck massage had me drifting away at the end haha. Ahh Gisela, thank you and looking forward to our next meeting! My skin feels so good!

We visited the Kosmetic and Wellness center for my Birthday and Mrs. Tippman made sure we were very well taken care of she spoke fluent English and was extremely professional! She worked with us even though it was a last minute appointment and on a day she’s typically closed for. Hands down one of the best facials I have ever had, she explained each step as she did the procedures and was knowledgeable in all of her products she had for sale. As soon as we walked in she made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I will continue to come back here for sure! She went out of her way to help us know good places to eat and where to get other services as well. She treated us more like family not strangers. I loved the experience! Great atmosphere too! Please make it a point to stop by and visit her you will not regret it! ❤️

From the moment I met Gisela she made me feel so relaxed and she took such good care of me. The face treatment and the massage I got was wonderful. She is extremely competent and she listened carefully and provided me with some suggestion on what I could do in order to prevent my "problem areas".
This was the first time I went there but it will definitely not be my last one!
