Generally, a very positive experience. It was my first beer garden in Germany so I don’t know how it measures up to all the rest. Large outdoor area with lots of picnics tables to choose from. I had a beer refreshing beer but they also had food and cocktails. There’s some shade from tree coverage and umbrellas but can get pretty toasty if you don’t find yourself in one of the shaded areas. Great market nearby.

Absolutely a MUST see when you visit Munich! I cannot begin to describe how much fun this tourist trap is. All, if not the majority, of the Bavarian traditional food is sold there. Unlike American markets, here you can find whole rabbit, smoked bacon, all the sausages your heart can handle! Fresh fruit and veggies, raqulette cheese, pasta, crepes, etc etc etc. Right next to Marienplatz, bring cash.

Nice big beer garden!
I ate lump wurst with potato and drink a cup o beer. All very good!!!
Quick service, friendly staff. Staff dress traditional.
I recommend to breath the bavarian beer garden!!!!

Very nice beer garden in Munich to eat and drink traditional food and drinks outdoor. Quick turnaround of tables so easy to get a table and quick service also. Standard prices for Munich beergardens. Must visit when visiting.

Good servers , great beer in a 1 litre variety . The curry wurst was tasty

A typical Munich beer garden. Under trees it's a great shelter from the sun. The beers are great and the atmosphere better. We took our own food one day and ate at the stalls on the other days.
A great way to spend an afternoon.
