The room was clean, nice bed and shower. The communal areas need some attention, I was shocked when I arrived. But the staff were all lovely, especially the lady in the breakfast room on Sunday. I needed a soft drink when I got back Saturday, the machine would not take credit cards and the bar was closed. I think the receptionist could have offered me more pro-active help.

Although the pictures online look quite new and modern.. this “hotel” seems more like a motel or extended stay place. The weather was quite cool outside but even with the windows wide open it was EXTREMELY hot. The “shower” is also tiny. Honestly this is more like a hostel or motel. Not a great experience. The only positive part was the nice receptionist.

The hotel is located in a strategic position both near to the bus station and the city center.
To be mentioned the cleaning of the room: perfect.
Unfortunately the request of a double bed has not been fulfilled and the room was a little bit hot.

The location is convenient to access any transportations and the room is neat and clean. One thing is not very pleased to me is that the housekeepers enter into the room directly without my permission for 4 times in the morning.Is that allowed? I believe not. So maybe you should train them and strengthen the communication with them. Otherwise, it would be really disturbing and a bad experience.

Took us 45minutes to be checked in as the machine would not work which was a bit confusing because all the receptionist needed was some small details so I wish they could’ve just put the data in their computer system themselves. Requested kitchenette but had no utensils at all to cook with, went to reception u0026 they said I had to pay 5€ for a box full of cutlery/pots/pans/knives - which ended up stabbing me on the lift from things poking out everywhere. Find it a bit of a cheap move making us go collect all the equipment when I requested a kitchenette so obviously these things should be in the room already? Anyways, slightly over priced, room was very warm had to wake up and move fan infront of myself to be able to sleep. But nice location. I wouldn’t stay again but didn’t love the stay overall.

Our expectation for this hotel based on the pictures was comfort room with a good location towards the city center and the train station. That last part was true even though the neighborhood was not cosy at all (like the east side is).
The rooms definitely need some renovation since the first few floors have a seventies style look and smell. The room is not ventilated well and there is no airconditioning. In the room itself it was somewhat spacious, where the bed was okay but the pillows were super thin. The bathroom was a real shame since it was very old and the showerhead stand was loose. Not what you expect from a hotel in Western Europe where you pay almost €100 a night.
All in all I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Munich since the rooms are very outdated and the bathroom is just bad. The only upside was the location towards the central station.
Please make it more clear for future guests what type of room they pay for (don't just show the renovated ones) and fix all bathrooms asap. The average camping provides a better sanitair experience than we had to be honest.

The hotel is next to train station so the transportation was easy. Also it is few minutes away by train to go marienplatz, shopping center and the main munich station.

The problems were the off site parking. Which was like 5 minutes away by car. You have to get a parking badge from receptionist to be able to open The gate. The badge will have to be returned to receptionist every time. It is very inconvenient. It means if you are outside and suddenly you want to go check your car, Then you have to go back to hotel get the badge then walk go to the car. Also the parking is limited and very tight parking spots. I spent almost 20 minutes trying to fit my car in those tight spaces. A couple of elderly people went through same thing.
The rooms were ok.
