Equipment is Fine, opening Hours are great, however as someone that has been to many gyms I must say, some of the staff, especially male staff treat customers including me with an arrogance and no customer care or politeness That is unacceptable. Asking for help or having a question is met with some short uninterested comments by the young male staff. I am paying for a service and a gym membership and should be able to expect a certain level of interest not some guy pretending he owns the gym and that can‘t be asked to be of help or support or even answer basic question in a respectful manner.

Personally liked the GYM for it's quiet location and well equipped training instruments. The staffs usually clean each equipment, rooms are spacious and it's less crowded compared to FITX. For women there is separate area to exercise. In general I liked the atmosphere here.

The machines in the gym are still of very high quality, most of the coaches are very helpful and friendly, especially coach Madison who is indisputably the best.

Did not give 5 stars because they are still lacking minor but important tools like the Barbell Squat Pad.

Other than that, the gym is highly recommended!

Can’t properly judge the amenities in they gym BUT I can say that I don’t like their classy German inflexibility - there was no way for me to spontaneously try the gym in the early morning, do a paid day pass or something alike… went to Fitx where I was welcomed with love ????

The yearly subscription is rather cheap and everything is cheap: basic equipment, busy, very little staff, unqualified and not really friendly or motivated, showers and bathrooms not really clean and smelly, always special offers for new customers but never for current customers, always trying to automatically renew your subscription. Cheap is simply the best way to describe Clever Fit …

The clever fit hauptbahnhof is clean, spacious, well equipped and not too crowded usually. Solarium and water/juices included. Great value for money.

Love this gym! Same machines and quality across MUC. Also it’s never full of people
