Had an amazing stay right in the city center. It seems that the team is well composed and based upon a common set of values. Over the three days that I've been staying here, i have been consistently welcomed in the most positive and helpful manner. Very refreshing! Thanks for this nice experience!

The room seemed fine when I checked in and dropped my bags off around 17: 30. When I came back at 23:30, the whole room smelled like sewage. The smell was apparently coming out of the drain in the bathroom.

Due to the sewage smell, they offered me free breakfast and a 50 eur voucher on my 'next stay' (of course I will not be staying there again. Who would sleep in a room smelling of sewage for a discount of 50 euros?). I could only assume from this minimal offer of compensation that my complaint was not so unusual for them.

Still giving it two stars as the room looked nice enough and the staff was very friendly.

(Edit: No idea what the reply 'on site it was still okay for you' below means. My understanding at the desk was that they would try to refund my payment via the travel agent. At any rate, glad to hear the plumbing has been fixed).

Very close to Munich HBF and to a variety of nice restaurants. Their self check in system is surprisingly good and when you need service their staff are very nice. Also, since it was so hot when we were there having real air conditioning was a major plus.

Room was very clean and new, and looks so pretty with the canopy over the bed. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were not too soft. Loved the place! Staff were very helpful and friendly too! Location is great, just a few mins walk from the hauptbahnhof

AC and heat did not work, bed was so used that the mattress sloped and I kept slipping off during the night, coffee maker poor and jammed, paper cups did not fit underneath, room very small, cost of 350 euro too much. Breakfast 17 Euros extra, with not much to choose from. Convention in city made a third night cost rise to $550 euros, way too much but what the traffic could bear. Maximizing their profit. Friendly staff, and the fake decor with brass crowns over the elevator, fake canopy over the beds made it a sort of game, but trounced by the cost.

Beautiful, very clean , air conditioned hotel . Comfy bed superb location , close to the main attractions and a 15 mins walk from Marienplatz . My only issue was there was no room service for food ( or maybe I didn’t know if there was one ! ) second issue is hair conditioner was not amongst toiletries, again not sure if it was by order . All in all I loves this place it was cozy , luxurious, comfy , calm and staff were superb and v helpful to keep our luggages to the time of our flight . They also printed out tickets ! Budget friendly especially for all the commodities you get as it feels almost like a 5 star hotel aesthetics wise !

Very nice hotel, we stayed for one night in Friday, booked last minute Friday afternoon, young man in the reception was very service minded, the hotel rooms was nice; bed extremely comfortable and location was great.
