Nice lobby and common areas. Swimming pool and gym also good.

Rooms are dated, old and small. Bathrooms are small too. In need of a renovation but clean.

Housekeeping does not come everyday to clean the room apparently so had to request room cleaning almost every day. Strangest thing I have seen yet for an international hotel brand. Definitely not a Westin standard.

Breakfast is good.

Location is not bad. About 10-15 mins to the city.

Overall no complaints but nothing much to rave about. Gets the job done if there for work or solo trip.

Had a very nice stay over the weekend here. Staff was super friendly, especially at the club lounge, spa and bar. I enjoyed the gym and pool area, great for some relaxation. The club lounge was fantastic with a good selection of drinks and some snacks all day and a substantial evening selection including wines and beers. Again the lady working the lounge was spectacularly nice, so attentive and friendly.
The room was nicely equipped, clean and well managed, very comfy....but it was impossible to get the temperature down to a reasonable level to sleep....I constantly woke up all night.

Breakfast was great with an excellent selection of anything one could possibly need for brekky. Busy, but well done.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down.

Room is spacious with absolutely beautiful view! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transportation and supermarket.

I wanted to give the pros and cons of this hotel;

Cons; understaffed and rude staff. On several occasions this happened people are rude and not very helpful. The service level is like I am staying in a 2 start hotel. You expect better.

Pros; Breakfast is good and very big choice. The gym is also nice and large.

Basically it’s just over rated.
Hotel room was dirty with dust on shelves and hangers.
Service was extremely slow. Some staff were rude (most likely due to under staffing).
Drastically overpriced bar. Also not enough staff for amount of customers (2 to 3 for at least 50 people, bar staff were good but could only do so much).
No info on basics of hotel. Had to find everything out ourselves. A welcome pack with this info would help.
It’s rated as 4 to 5 stars and they truly believe this as our complaint was met with complete denial and disbelief.
Leisure suite is great though!

Had a difficult checkin. Apparently I wasn't found at first but then somehow I appeared. Stayed in a room on the club floor but still super old rooms which need renovations. There is a huge a lobby which is inviting. Also a well equipped gym at the basement is available. It's a little further away from everything and I didn't see any restaurants close by.

Five stars for the staff - great service in the bierhaus downstairs u0026 the breakfast hall, and top service from reception, as expected by Marriott brands. The room pulls down the star count. Very large but in need of a renovation (including a spot on the carpet, though overall clean). The WiFi also stopped working u0026 I was told it was probably because the hotel was full. I’d stay again, but far prefer the Marriott in town.
