Good views for free...

It's the second time I've been in this klinik recovering from a hernia, I should say (even when my German is horrible and the communication was not easy) that the staff there was very friendly. It also helps if you have a positive attitude from your side. Smiling a little bit, saying thanks to people -who ultimately is taking care of you- is also a good starting point.

I guess the bad experiences posted here are real, but my experience overall -and focusing on the nursing staff covering the corridor- was very good.
I wish them the best.

I had jaw surgery 2 weeks ago and I was in the clinic for 2 nights. I felt extremely comfortable there. The entire staff was open and friendly and made every effort to ensure my health and well-being. In terms of nursing care, the care was first class. I felt very well looked after. 100% recommendation!

Ich war für 3 Tage in der Arabella Klinik. Das Pflegepersonal und das Ärzte- sowie Schwesternteam waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ich hab mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche und Fragen eingegangen und ich wurde rundum super versorgt. Auch der Ausblick aus den Zimmern ist top. Wo hat man scho einen Balkon im Zimmer…
Ich hatte leider eine „Dame“ im Zimmer, die meinte im Bett ihre E-Zigarette rauchen zu müssen, auch Nachts…. war sehr ekelhaft… die Nachtschwester hat mich dann in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, worüber ich sehr dankbar war.

Ich war vor wenigen Wochen zwecks einer Mammareduktionsplastik im OP der Klinik und anschließend zwei Tage stationär.
Zwar konnte ich morgens, vor der Operation, mein Zimmer nicht direkt beziehen, da es noch belegt war, aber das Pflegepersonal hat sich sofort um Ersatz bemüht, war überaus freundlich und hat mich bis in den OP-Saal begleitet. Das Fachpersonal, welches mich dort final vorbereitet hat, war ebenfalls sehr nett und hat mir jeden Schritt erklärt. Die Operation an sich verlief komplikationslos, anschließend wurde ich immer wieder in regelmäßigen Abständen vom Pflegepersonal nach meinem Befinden gefragt. Generell kann ich nur Gutes über das Personal berichten; der Umgang war stets freundlich und bemüht, jede Handlung wurde erklärt und wenn ich Hilfe brauchte war immer sofort jemand da.
Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Kein Krankenhaus-Aufenthalt ist besonders schön, aber ich habe mich hier rundum gut betreut, gewertschätzt und wohl gefühlt! Herzlichen Dank!

Ich war vom 21.04. bis 23.04.2022 zur Stationären Behandlung nach einer OP in der Arabella Klinik. OP lief perfekt, bin super begeistert von dem Professionalität. Das gesamte Personal war offen und freundlich und absolut um mein gesundheitliches Wohlbefinden bemüht. Auch die Küche ist durchaus schmackhaft.
Kann ich nur empfehlen. Danke nochmal für die nette Pflege.

The choice of food was varied, but you could order things that weren't good for my type of surgery.

The room or the bathroom in the pictures doesn't look like the pictures here, it's probably a different ward (private?) or it has been partially renovated. You have to shower in a bathtub, a bit critical in terms of access if you are not fit. The cleanliness was okay.

Vor und nach der Operation (Kassenpatient):

Beim "einchecken" musste ich über 1 Stunde im OP-Hemd in einem lieblosen Aufnahmezimmer warten, weil noch nichts frei war. Die Zimmer werden unangenehm warm bei wärmeren Temperaturen, so das die Balkontür und Tür zum Flur aufgemacht werden muss und ein permanenter Luftzug entsteht. Warme Temperaturen sind nicht förderlich nach einer OP und können zu Komplikationen führen. Der Zugang über die Vene wurde erst entfernt als ich Tag 2 gefragt habe ob ich den überhaupt noch brauche? Im allgemeinen wirkt vieles verplant und man muss sich oft selbst überlegen was für einem gut ist.

Die Betten sind zu kurz, ich bin wirklich nicht groß aber kam mit den Füßen schon gegen das Ende.

Das Essen war zwar vielfältig in der Auswahl aber man konnte Dinge bestellen die nicht gut waren für meine Art der OP.

Die Zimmer bzw. das Bad auf den Bildern sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern hier, vermutlich ist das eine andere Station (Privat?) oder es wurde teilweise renoviert. Duschen muss man in einer Badewanne, bisschen kritisch vom Zugang her wenn man nicht fit ist. Die Sauberkeit war soweit ok.
