My father had hip replacement surgery there two years ago. All the staff, the surgeon (professor Martinik), and supporting services were excellent. The post op rehab was amazing as well. Highly recommend it.

I came to ATOS in Münic, to have plastic surgery made by 2 professional surgeons (they said). The day after my surgery my skin began to turn black because of an infection but still they send me home. I had a severe stafylokok infection and here after 11 months i suffer from severe nerve damage, scar tissue and severe hair loss on both sides. Of course i have contacted ATOS but the surgeons dont care that i have to be medicated for the rest of my life for constant pain. Don't ever go there for surgery.

Really excellent, very experienced AMIS surgeon (from ECOM), great team of doctors from the house, always nice, dedicated, extremely friendly nursing team from the ATOS clinic, very good physio team from SpineArt from the house.
Of course, the surgeon and the medical team are the most important things. But when you are on the ward, you realize that all the other factors are also extremely important for you to feel comfortable!
And what I hadn't written about before: The food and the outstanding care associated with it is phenomenal in all aspects! I wouldn't have thought that possible. And I don't even have to limit that with the addition "for a clinic"! Always approachable and friendly, a professional (I would call him chef) asks you what you would like for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And coached with regard to the choice of food. "More pasta or fish or maybe chicken or veal?" And then it's down to the details - that really gives you a boost and anticipation for the rest of the day. Something to look forward to during the day!
I would come back to the ATOS clinic at any time.

Es handelt sich hier um eine eher kleine, sehr gute Privatklinik. Ich war in jeglicher Sicht vollauf zufrieden.

Es gibt viel Positives im Zusammenhang mit einer durchgeführten Operation:
Wirklich hervorragender, sehr erfahrener AMIS-Operateur (von ECOM), klasse Ärzteteam aus dem Haus, immer nettes zugewandtes, überaus freundliches Pflegeteam der ATOS-Klinik, sehr gutes Physioteam von SpineArt aus dem Haus.
Klar ist der Operateur und das Ärzteteam zunächst einmal das Aller-Wichtigste. Aber wenn man dann auf der Station ist, merkt man, dass all die anderen Faktoren schon auch überaus wichtig sind, damit man sich wohl fühlt!
Und worüber ich bisher noch nicht geschrieben hatte: Das Essen und die herausragende Betreuung im Zusammenhang damit ist in allen Aspekten phänomenal! Hätte ich so nicht für möglich gehalten. Und da muss ich nicht einmal mit dem Zusatz „für eine Klinik“ einschränken! Immer zugewandt-freundlich wird man täglich von einem Profi (ich würde ihn Küchenchef nennen) nach den Wünschen für das Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen befragt. Und im Hinblick auf die Speisenwahl gecoacht. „Eher Pasta oder lieber Fisch oder vielleicht Huhn oder Kalbfleisch?“ Und dann geht es in die Details - das gibt echt Auftrieb und Vorfreude auf den weiteren Tag. Auf etwas worauf man sich im Tageslauf freuen kann!
Ich würde jederzeit wieder in die ATOS-Klinik kommen.

Kompetentes und freundliches Team von ÄrztInnen, Schwestern, PflegerInnen und Servicekräften. Perfekt organisiert, man merkt, dass das Personal hier gerne arbeitet. Zimmer geräumig, Essen hervorragend, alles wie es sein soll. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Nachts viele Sanka-Fahrten mit Sirene von/zur nahegelegenen Klinik Bogenhausen.

Vor 15 Jahren bin ich in der Atos Klinik in Heidelberg an der Schulter operiert worden. Dort war das Zweibettzimmer geräumig und das Essen wirklich exzellent. Dies gilt leider nicht für die Münchner Atos Klinik, da hier das Zweibettzimmer klein ist und das Essen war gemessen am angeblichen vier oder fünf Sterne Standard der Klinik dürftig. Da die abgerechneten DRG Fallpauschalen in der Atos Klinik als Privatklinik sehr hoch sind, kann man erwarten, dass die Zimmer geräumig sind und das Essen hervorragend. Insofern war ich leider sehr enttäuscht.
