The rooms were clean. Housekeeping was done regularly. We stayed there for 5 days and had a good experience. The buffet breakfast was average as options were limited and it was the same menu everyday, otherwise the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The room was excellent and location was too good. One can catch a tram and reach the city center in less than 30 mins. But the service can be better. We complained that our Air Conditioner has a problem.The staff said there is no technician now and gave us a Fan which is ok but they dint repair it for the 3 days of our stay.

I cannot understand how a hotel with with no pool no gym not even ropes in the room have four stars.

The room is delivered clean but after that they dont clean well.

They are expensive the reception isn't very helpful with anything. I even had a backage delivered to me once they didn't inform me until i asked 3 days later.

Nice breakfast, affordable price
But dont forget no refrigerator in you room.

The hotel is a bit old, elevators are really slow, dirty carpet inside the room, location is good, staff really friendly!

It's a hotel and does what it's supposed to. OK rooms but a forgetful cleaning after the first night.
