very small mall, but it's modern and has what you need: one budget grocery store, one regular, a drug store, a bakery, a butcher, pharmacy, one kebap place, one that offers sushi, one with burgers and a cafe/bowls/salad place. crowded during lunch hours, mostly empty the rest of the day and plenty of free parking lots.

An all-in-one grocery shopping mall (if that's a legal word!) in the area surrounded by offices, buildings and housing areas.

(+) has an in-house premium (read overpriced!) fitness centre.
(+) has a generous underground parking lot for customers,
(+) houses PENNY, REWE and DM.
(+) offers some take-away snack options.

(-) for all the above reasons, can be crowded sometimes.

This is a fairly good mall with a good variety of options for shopping and dining as well. There are two ATMs for cash withdrawal, a few cafes and takeout places, a Vietnamese restaurant and quite large Penny, Rewe and a DM. It is a short walk from the nearest bus stop.

Nice place with Rewe, Deutsche Post, DM, Apotheke, Bakery as well as Turkish and Asian restaurant. I love it

It's not a mall in the sense that it doesn't have the stuff that I'd expect in a shopping mall. It's a Center where one can get daily essentials and some. It has a couple of restaurants, a dentist, and a gym. The most important thing that it lacks which makes it not-a-mall is an electronics store

The place is nicely maintained. There are lot of shops Penny, Rewe, DM, bakery, DHL or Post(inside Rewe), newspaper shop, and restaurants.
You can expect this space to be crowded during weekday lunch time because of MNCs surrounding the area.
It would be better, if the complex is larger and could accommodate some more shops and restaurants considering international community due to MNCs.

Considering the several multinational corporations within close proximity, it's a pity this complex isn't larger. In any case I found it to have most things a business traveller or office worker would want and need. Has a very regional/suburban feel to it.
