Very nice and affordable hotel a bit outside the center of Munich. The rooms and large parts of the hotel have been completely renovated. Tram and U-Bahn close to the hotel take you quickly to the center of Munich. Really recommended!

Terrible hotel - avoid at all costs.

No air conditioning - was told I just have to deal with it being so hot you can’t sleep. When asking reception if they have any fans or ice I was told no and they can’t keep one for me - I need to come back every morning and hope I get one.

Interior is dirty and old.

Was supposed to be staying for two weeks - will be looking to move asap.

Great for a 1-night business trip. Very, very spacious room and quiet surroundings. 10 min walk to subway.

Really just Ok nothing more. I am leaving this review because they have informed the reception that i want an extension with the same rate. She said "OK" and when the extension date arrived they said please checkout and no one know that there is an extension.

This problem have costed me around 200 euros

Room are bit smaller than expected. However, the service was top, the breakfast can be improved.

Fifth night in the hotel. Housekeeping keeps coming in the room daily and clean it even though I continuously keep the card on the door where the purpose is exactly to inform housekeeping I do not want my room to be cleaned for the day. Housekeeping knocked my door twice in the morning to ask if I need cleaning around 8.30 in the morning (card clearly visible on the door)! I went to reception to make sure they will not clean my room again until I check out and inform them about the case. The receptionist said he will make sure it wont happen. I arrive to my room and again it is cleaned and the card on the door is removed. First time experiencing such a thing in a hotel ever.

Overall if you like to have a boarding school or a military camp experience, it is a good choice. If you like to rest like you’re supposed to do in a hotel, an absolute no go. I hope the review reaches to the correct hotel staff so they make sure housekeeping training includes explaining the staff what the card hanging on the door means.

Update: I managed to get a reply from the hotel that they informed housekeeping and had a meeting regarding the issue. I hope it wont happen to further customers.

Great hotel...room service is a robot that brings you cold beer...how great is that ... no tip required.... ;-)
