Original: I don’t know if I will rate this hotel five stars. We stayed here for 13 days so it’s enough to observe that their housekeeping is so inconsistent.. Once, they left the balcony door open and some insects came in, twice they didn’t even clean our room. I was sure I left the service light on for both times. They hardly replace the toiletries unless you ask for it. Most do but some of the valet don’t even offer you water when you pick up your car. They don’t have an ice maker and they only provide two small bottles of water, one with gas and one without for two people staying in the room. This kind of service is not really 5-star level. The location is quiet but it’s right next to a park that’s frequented by mixed types of crowd. They do have a high-speed internet and quiet rooms. I wish I picked a hotel that’s closer to Marienplatz or Odeonsplatz. I think that’s a better choice.
Follow up: 5/25 They addressed our issues and did an excellent job following up on it. The guest relations manager, Xiao Yi (unsure of the correct spelling) did a phenomenal job connecting with us and understanding what happened. Now hers is a five-star service, IMO. Thank you for allowing us to leave Munich with joy—the same way we arrived.
