This is the first thing I did in Munich and also the first time in any city. I went recently in first week of July. The weather was nice and sunny. People will be ready to jump back in bus as next one arrives. Now most of them rush for roof seats esp, the front ones. Roof open seats is better way to look around and audio guide in different languages is also plus. It has 2-3 stops but my advice is not to get down and complete the tour as you won’t get seat on next one or any. Overall for me it was an average experience as I could see what is where and the history but I do not get a chance to explore and spend some time there. Plus you won’t get good pictures of the sites.

Today we had the red tour.
Everyone from the staff were polite. Even the not very good weather they opened the roof for us. ???? It was very funny. I really enjoyed.

Does not cover many attractions in Munich, such as Alinze arena. I had better tours than this one. You may try it, but don't raise your expectations.

Lovely tours and a nice way to get an overview of the whole city.
Things I liked:
*Nice way to get an overview of the whole city.
* You are given personal head phones for the audio tour.
* Audio tour guide is available in a number of languages.
* Three different routes to choose from.

Points I didn't like:
* The English audio guide had a really strong German accent, that was hard to understand.
* Because of the rainy weather the roof on the upper floor was closed so the view was very limited, unless you were sitting in the very front row.
* Buses started every hour, so if you wanted to hop off on a stop just for some pictures, you had to wait another hour for the next one to arrive.
* The latest tour is at 4pm. So plan ahead.

I would suggest them, but strongly advise to go on a nice sunny day for a better view to avoid photos like mine (I am not a professional photographer, I know)...

Good experience if in Munich for the first time or a very short time. Goes through the major spots of Munich and offers an audio guide in many languages. It's a hop-on-hop-off service and you can get out at the designated stops and take the following bus.

Wonderful experience. Enjoyed all 3 tours. Suggestion is di not hop out at one place or start very early morning. It's easy to locate.
