Its almost 12 weeks after surgery and I am in a very good post operative situation

I have had a very positive experience with my shoulder surgery here. Dr Lorenz was extremely helpful getting me in for a second opinion and quickly scheduling the procedure. My German is super limited, and everyone was helpful and patient. The kind and helpful staff for surgery and recovery helped so much. Big operations while living in a foreign country can be scary, and I am so grateful to have had a positive experience.

The ambience is good and the receptionist is also very friendly and greets you well. They have taken very good steps to fight Corona.

I had to wait for almost 2months to get an appointment. On the day of appointment I arrived at 9.30am, 30min before appointment. I waited till 11.00am in waiting room and left. As I did not plan this much of time.
I guess it's normal in hospitals that you wait but then why give appointment?
