Bei meiner Mutter wurde Ende Juni 2021 eine Ablation durchgeführt. Den Termin dafür haben wir superschnell erhalten, obwohl meine Mama nicht privat versichert ist. Einen Tag später konnte ich sie wieder aus der Klinik holen. Leider hat sie nach 10 Tagen Vorhofflimmern als unerwartete Komplikation bekommen und sie musste noch einmal in die Klinik. Steht als Nebenwirkung in den Papieren, die man unterschreibt. Natürlich rechnet man nicht damit und hofft auf 0 Komplikationen, aber ich konnte sie nach einer Nacht wieder abholen. Dann hat es ein wenig gedauert bis sie wieder richtig fit für den Alltag war, aber jetzt machen ihr 15 km Wanderungen nichts mehr aus. Warum ich trotzdem der Klinik nicht volle Sternchen gebe: am OP Tag gab es Königsberger Klopse statt Kraftbrühe oder Gemüsesuppe. Eine der Ärztinnen hat Ihr beim Blutnehmen echt blaue Flecken beschert, welche bis heute noch sichtbar sind. Hier wollten wir DANKE sagen, denn alle waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und kompetent!

The organization on site was perfect, after a short waiting period I was examined very comprehensively and possible acute heart diseases could be ruled out. Dr. Tiemann and his team were very nice and I felt that I was in very good hands. Since I was a private self-payer in this situation, I can also report on fair costs retrospectively.

Aufgrund von starken Schulter- und Brustschmerzen benötigte ich auf einer Reise eine schnelle und vollumfängliche kardiologische Untersuchung, um mögliche lebensbedrohliche Ursachen auszuschließen. Durch eine Google-Suche stieß ich auf das Herzzentrum München Süd (Dr. Klaus Tiemann) und konnte nachts noch für den Folgetag einen Termin über Jameda vereinbaren.
Die Organisation vor Ort war perfekt, nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde ich sehr umfassend untersucht und mögliche akute Herzerkrankungen konnten ausgeschlossen werden. Dr. Tiemann und sein Team waren sehr nett und ich fühlte mich rundum sehr gut aufgehoben. Da ich in dieser Situation privater Selbstzahler war, kann ich nachträglich auch über faire Kosten berichten.

Fazit: Sehr menschliche und absolut kompetente Betreuung. Danke und viele Grüße aus Hamburg!

Man sicherte mir aber zu, mich baldmöglichst zurückzurufen. Nachdem dies 24 Stunden lang nicht geschah, versuchte ich es am Folgetag erneut - gleiches Ergebnis, 30 Minuten Wartschlange.
Ich suche mir nun eine andere Klinik, mit besserem Service.
