I went there with extreme pain, the emergency team did tests and gave me pain killers. Then the doctor came and suggested to do an op. The same evening they operated me, the next day I was sent home feeling much better. Great team, I felt welcomed and cared. Thank you very much ☺️

Worst experience. We called an ambulance and they brought us to this hospital. Practically nobody spoke English, just few tried. We had no information what’s happening, what do I have and why do they keep me so long. My boyfriend was arguing with a rude receptionist downstairs who couldn’t let him go up to see me, but after all, somebody else let him in anyway. Really horrible day/night.

Very impressed!! I arrived as an emergency patient and was looked after very quickly and professionally! Everything was super efficient. A true “1 stop shop” for all your heart needs. Excellent team of doctors and support staff. Thank you for looking after me!!

I was positively surprised, because this Clinic accepts mainly private customers, and they did though take me for a Gastroscopy through my state insurance, after providing a medical request through my home doctor. All staff were very professional and assisting, especially those two girls from Romania, and the Doctors medical Dr assistant from Tunis. Dr Dr Gross who oversaw the Gastroscopy is very experienced and comes to the point quickly. That’s what one needs to understand his own symptoms. I’ll go again next year for a heart check-up.

Worse experience ever. The nurses were just rude. I waited for more than an hour to get checked after coming through emergency in an ambulance. No one even comes to look at you to make sure you are fine. I had minor neck muscle injury and no one even came to ask if I was fine.

Due to Corona it is not easy for everyone and although my mother is not a private patient like me, she was not treated any differently. The reception and above all a lady at the front desk was totally empathetic and understandable. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to visit my mother on the ward, but once she was in the room with a 100-year-old for a night and she just raved about it.

I have two points of criticism, therefore not a full score. Food was consistently bad. I also don't know why the clinics can't manage to offer someone with a weakened immune system a good, fresh meal?

Also, my mother had a lot of bruises from blood tests. The second time we asked for a children's needle, which the doctor surprised us with. Here, like everywhere else, there is a lottery game who is on the day shift. In any case, I can recommend the clinic, but it took some time - I'll say 3 months - until my mother was so fit again that she can now hike her many kilometers again. I hope that we can then stop using the stupid blood thinner.

Meine Mutter musste 2x diesen Sommer in die Klinik, speziell ins Peter Osypka Herzzentrum. Durch Corona ist es für alle nicht einfach und obwohl meine Mutter keine Privatpatientin wie ich bin, wurde sie nicht anders behandelt. Die Aufnahme und vor allen eine Dame am Empfang war total einfühlsam und verständlich. Ich durfte meine Mutter leider nicht auf Station besuchen, aber sie lag einmal mit einer 100jährigen für eine Nacht im Zimmer und die hat nur geschwärmt.

Zwei Kritikpunkte habe ich, deshalb auch keine volle Punktzahl. Essen war durchweg schlecht. Ich weiß auch nicht, warum man das in den Kliniken nicht hinbekommt, jemanden mit geschwächten Immunsystem ein gutes frisches Essen hinzustellen?

Außerdem hatte meine Mutter viele blaue Flecken von den Einstichen der Blutuntersuchungen. Wir hatten beim zweiten Mal auch nach einer Kindernadel gefragt, mit welcher uns die Ärztin überraschte. Hier ist es wie überall ein Lottospiel wer gerade Tagesschicht hat. Jedenfalls kann ich die Klinik empfehlen, es hat aber einige Zeit gedauert - ich sag’s mal 3 Monate - bis meine Mutter dann wieder so fit war, dass sie jetzt wieder ihre vielen Kilometer wandern kann. Ich hoffe, dass wir dann den blöden Blutverdünner auch wieder absetzen können.

War am 17.07.2022 (Sonntag mittag) mit einer sehr stark blutenden und sehr tiefen Fuß Wunde in der Klinik Notaufnahme, weil der Bereitschaftsarzt mich dorthin schickte. Die Dame an der Rezeption nahm mich auf, weil sie sah das es mir nicht gut geht, und ich wartete im Wartezimmer. Nach viel Blutverlust und einem großen Blutflecken auf dem Teppich, kam nach gut eineinhalb Stunden später Mal eine Ärztin vorbei und fragte mich ob ich der mit der Fuß Verletzung bin. Daraufhin schickte sie mich immernoch stark blutenden weg mit der Begründung das sie eine Internistin sei und nicht dafür zuständig. Man hätte ja wenigstens eine Erstversorgung vornehmen können!!! Eine Mulbinde und Desinfektionsmittel hätten zunächst die Blutung gestoppt. Das schafft auch eine Internistin!!
