Terrible! There was no hot water when we want to take a shower at 8pm 30 Dec 2018. The front desk guy said the whole building is no hot water, and we have to wait until tomorrow. So we can not take shower at all. And there is no solution at all. Very strange, unacceptable at all. We won’t come back again. And another problem is when we arrived at 4pm, the front lady gave us two uncleaned rooms. Terrible! I feel we are not in German, we are maybe in South Africa!

Booking.com show 76€. Came to hotel directly 89€. Breakfast is good, room is clean but just basic and normal. The bath room heavily has smell of Clo. With 89€, I have stayed in many hotels better than this.

5 stars. Came from Washington, DC and the staff was extra courteous, friendly, kind. They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful pleasant stay. You walk in and are greeted by a smiling face, its not very BIG or over the top like some of your more commonly known hotel chains but this one has a nice little quaint feel about it. Its not an eerie feeling but more of a calming relaxing feeling you get at the hotel. Our main point of contact was Igor. He was very nice and even though I offered to let him drive my rental BMW M3, he still respectfully declined. Ill give the entire hotel a solid 5 star rating and firmly believe Igor deserves a RAISE...More money in his paycheck.

Very clean, quite comfortable and big room, for good rate. Helpful staff. Close to zoogarden. Nice Italian restaurant close to hitel. Gym avaliable. Basic, but good enough breakfast.

Awesome staff.... clean and comfy hotel.... but away from hustle of city in calm peace riverside... used it for transit in Munich but would love to come back!!

Cheap and close to the zoo , but otherwise problematic location. Room is nice .
