He is very professional, kind and patient.
He spent enough time understanding our needs and walk us through every detail of the suit.
He has deep expertise in materials, colors and size of the suit. Also he gave us practical tips about how to treat the suit. The final product is just amazing!

I found Osman here to make me a custom made and also a ready to wear. He spent about 5 minutes to do the measurements, after that is my perfect fit done by his good advice and great tastes.

Had the best suits shopping experience ever with Erkan.
He knows very well what he is doing, actually he is a pro!! and on a personal level he is so kind, helpful and very friendly.
He spent enough time understanding my needs and listened to every detail i wish to have in my suit.
I ended up buying 2 suits while I was going to the shop aiming to buy only one!!

I showed up on a Saturday morning, without an appointment. Parked my bike directly at the door. In the busiest time of the week, after maybe 30 minutes waiting in the garden, Mr. Danijel came to fetch me and help me pick out a suit. The wedding I was attending was on the same day. Nevertheless, one hour later I was back on my bike with a three piece suit and shoes in my back pack.
I would like to thank the amazing Mr. Danijel and the store staff for this amazing service.
Will be back!

Went in to the store looking for a suit but I had not made an appointment. They told me to return after 2 hours as they were fully booked but after 2 minutes I somehow got an appointment.

I ended up buying a suit and a tie. As the pants were a little bit too big in the waist and a bit long they made some alterations which took them two days to complete, super quick! The suit and the tie were great.

1 MC - a week ago

Suitsupply lost my tailored suit one week before my wedding and were not able to find it. I was reimbursed but had no time to get a replacement and they couldn't offer me any options. Some staff was rude during the process. I recommend using a different tailor in Munich if you are looking for a tailored suit.

Very bad experience in your munich store . I received an email 3rd of May that my custom made jacket was ready to pick up . Made apt for today at 12 for pick up and it took then almost 40minutes to find my jacket !!
Went back to store an hour later as was given a cheap long suit carrier that was difficult to carry and asked for one of the foldable zipper ones that I received last time for a store bought item . Was told they do not have any of the other ones but in the time I was waiting for my jacket I saw a girl take them out of the cupboard for other customers . Is this your normal service for a custom order !!!!
