Worst experience I ever had at a coffee place in Germany and that’s saying a lot in a country where costumer service is not the the law of the land. 1. They were out of most food and some drinks at 2pm on a Saturday. 2. Extremely rude barista who obviously didn’t like where life took him. 3. Even though our order was made in german (by a german) and the receipt clearly stated what we ordered, they gave the wrong drink and refused to correct the mistake. 4. The toilets cost 1€ even for paying costumers. 5. Obviously, it was expensive. Not worth the money, time and frustration.

Prices are high as usual in those chains. Coffee is decent. Our juice was nice.

We had a very rude waitress and the rest of the staff were all doing nothing (smoking and looking at their phones) and we ended up being served watery hot chocolates with the wrong milk. 2 for 11€ ????u200d♀️ We asked if we could maybe have some more chocolate put in our drinks or more milk and the waitress got even more rude. Wouldn’t go back.

I needed something COLD with ICE and found an iced cappuccino for €4.50 and the cutest California decor themed shop!

I ordered one cappuccino, middle sugar and they made it without sugar. So asked them if they can make a new one. They made new one again wrong, hot instead of cold. I told them that I wanted it cold and not hot. He poured the hot cappuccino into an a cup of ice and gave it to me. They charged me for both even if it was their fault

Overall nice place, tasty coffee, stuff is ok. On weekends can get pretty crowded and you might wait in line.

Very good location.
Music to much loud, paid toilet.
Many power sockets.
