It was my first experience in a hostel... this place was nice, because I could book a room only for girls with a private bathroom.
I think there could be more switches in the bedroom to facilitate the batteries recharging. Also, I think the common areas could be cleaned more frequently... but I also know that the guests should also do their part too by being more careful to not spread crumbles all around.

Anyways, the room was very big, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice too.
The staff is incredibly friendly and funny. They made my time there more comfy and warm. I would definitely come there for another stay. :)

Hostel has a very good structure almost like a hotel, staff at the reception super attentive, but without organization. We arrived at 2 am, and they gave us the keys to a room and informed us that we could choose the bed, when entering all the beds occupied and some messy ones (I believe that the guests were changing beds), we went back and changed the room the second bedroom had some free beds at the top. If the reception knew where each guest is as well as in any hostel in the world, they would avoid exchanges without permission, and would know how many guests there are in each room.
In addition, the room stank a lot, the bathroom even had gum taped to the sink, the tiles were clear that they hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
We don't like the experience and we certainly don't recommend this hostel to anyone.

A bit expensive but quite professionally run. The staff were helpful but don't expect friendly smiles and a welcoming attitude.

The place is swarming with under 18s however even before summer holidays start - it seems to be popular with school trips. A very large hostel but nowhere to hang out. The lobby was either full of people on their laptops or children playing pool. The bar was virtually empty with no atmosphere. There is a breakfast room downstairs but the buffet was almost six euros so most people didn't eat their.

Rooms are spacious with fairly comfortable bunk beds and plenty of storage space but bring your own lock - the hostel does not provide them and no longer sells them.

Location is convenient for the metro but a fifteen minute walk from the city centre and the train station. There are plenty of fairly cheap bar/restaurants near the hostel and some shops.

It was a nightmare while staying at this motel. There was no air conditioning and room and bathroom were horrible. Taps, sink and bathtub were leaking making it very ugly and mould in the bath. In night bed bugs everywhere crawling on walls and inside pillows etc etc. when complained to hotel management, they showed no concern and just offered another room, which again was not liveable. Lifts and corridors are filthy too. The only good experience was with one staff called Benjamin who was super helpful but couldn’t do much because the management was super rude and unprofessional. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to central station and restaurants, but the hotel itself was a huge misery. Based on my experience, stay away from this hotel and choose something else. u003cbr/u003eI also felt that most of the negative reviews are either removed or not put up at all. What a disgust !!!!!

Great and affordable place. One of my best experiences in Munich was the hostel. very spacious, clean and cozy. Gives you a homely feeling. The staff at the reception are really really friendly, ready to help you in all the ways they can. Great facilities, except that the wifi is too weak inside the rooms. Other than that, things are perfect.

Pricing seems a bit scammy fluctuating wildly from day to day without any rhyme or reason. Or, at least, I can't see a good reason. That being said, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. The bathrooms are clean as well. Some people mention bed bugs: I haven't seen any proof of that yet. Over all, not a bad stay for a night or two.. unless they want to jack up the prices... Then, don't bother.

This hostel isn’t outright bad but it does have a lot of shortcomings. For example, not all of the beds had a power point near them, so I had to go sit in the kitchen to charge my phone, and there was no soap rack or towel rack in the bathroom. Also the shared rooms are set up to have one bathroom per room, and there aren’t any other bathrooms you can use if someone’s taking along time. There was a hole in my bathroom door, which also had paint peeling off, and the common area couches downstairs are falling to bits. The rest of the place isn’t so bad, the linen was clean and the kitchen was pretty good, but I don’t think I would stay here again for this price.
