Everything went smoothly and was done competently. The PCR test was on a Saturday. Approx. 10 minutes waiting time. Then 3 days later the surgery: a basal cell carcinoma on the left corner of the mouth was removed. It took only 30 minutes from being admitted at the entrance, a short visit to the ward and in the room, to the start of the operation. I was treated in a very friendly and compassionate manner in the operating room. The senior physician, Dr. S. Schreiner explained every single step to me. In the afternoon she even came to my room personally and asked how I was. All of the employees on Ward 2 have always treated me in a friendly and courteous manner. The test result was available the next morning and the wound could now be closed. The young doctor from the day before did that perfectly. Today, 9 days after the 2nd operation, I see the unique result in the mirror. I want Mrs. Many thanks to Schreiner, as well as to her team and the staff on Ward 2. I can warmly recommend this clinic. The food was also very good, although I was given special food due to the location of the wound. Special care was taken that it was lip food.

Ich wurde von meinem Dermatologen in Unterhaching in diese wunderbare Klinik überwiesen. Die Praxis hat den OP-Termin in meinem Beisein vereinbart. Die Leitung war sofort frei. Es wurden ebenso die Termine für das Vorgespräch und den PCR Test vereinbart. Beim Empfang war eine sehr freundliche junge Dame die den 1. Bogen gemeinsam mit mir ausfüllte. Danach wurden im Eingangsbereich mit einer Dame die vertraglichen Dinge erledigt. Anschließend Blutabnahme u.ä. Zum Schluß das Vor-Gespräch mit der Fachärztin. Alles lief reibungslos und wurde kompetent erledigt. Der PCR Test war an einem Samstag. Ca.10 Minuten Wartezeit. Dann 3 Tage später die OP: ein Basalzellkarzinom am linken Mundwinkel wurde entfernt. Von der Aufnahme am Eingang, kurzem Besuch auf der Station und im Zimmer, bis zum Beginn der OP vergingen nur 30 Minuten. Im OP Bereich wurde ich sehr freundlich und einfühlsam behandelt. Die Oberärztin Frau Dr. S. Schreiner klärte mich über jeden einzelnen Schritt auf. Nachmittags kam sie sogar persönlich auf mein Zimmer und erkundigte sich nach meinem Befinden. Sämtliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter auf Station 2 haben mich stets freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das Testergebnis lag am nächsten Morgen vor und die Wunde konnte nun geschlossen werden. Das hat die junge Ärztin vom Vortag perfekt gemacht. Heute, 9 Tage nach der 2. OP sehe ich das einmalige Ergebnis im Spiegel. Ich möchte Frau Dr. Schreiner herzlich danken, ebenso ihrem Team und dem Personal auf Station 2. Diese Klinik kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut, auch wenn ich besondere Kost auf Grund der Lage der Wunde bekam. Es wurde besonders darauf geachtet, daß es Lippenkost war.
