The food was amazing. Ordered through Liferando. Delivery time was nominal. Food quantity was superb. We ordered a Veg starter platter for 2 and the quantity was more than enough. Authentic taste. Highly recommended for Indian dishes.

Shalimar is one of the best indian restaurants in Munich. By the way, it offers halal food for Muslim customers. Especially during Ramadan you can really enjoy the Fast breaking here, the garson will make sure to serve your dish exactly on time. Really recommend the lamb curry dish. The Atmosphere and the decorations are also very authentic.

The food and drinks were very tasty, but the service is really horrible. When the bill arrived it turned out that we can't pay by card because we used a discount coupon. Even though we specifically asked about it before going to the table. The waiter was sooooo rude with us! He didn't want to listen, said that what we say is not possible and not true, and we must pay cash. While I tried to explain what his colleague told us before, he interrupted me several times and was most unfriendly possible

One of the best lamb kormas I have ever had. We also had the butter chicken which was fantastic. Great owner, nice decorations and overall a very nice experience

Fabulous. Very friendly staff. Delicious servings. Perfect ambience. Beautiful decorations ranging from buddha statue to rajasthani paintings. Spacious sitting place. A cosy and comfortable place to spend a romantic or entertaining evenings with loved ones and friends. A big high five for the restaurant.

I asked them to make a custom dish that wasn't on the menu (basically making a vegetarian version of the dish that I had. In my opinion better than the other surrounding Indian places. I've only done takout here.
