I was in Munich for work. The hotel was ok, the room was a good size. There weren't any tea or coffee making facilities. And during the night there seems to be a mechanical noise from the hallway every few minutes which did wake me at times.

My wife and I booked for view nights last week we checked in about 9 pm went for dinner and couldn’t stay for an hr at the room when we got back. The room is full of insects and cockroach. We left the room immediately. There is no receptionsit after 10 pm on weekend to check us out so I left the keys and emailed them the situation, unfortunately no results No refund and no response to my multiple communication. No response to Even to Booking.com as booking team says

Think of the source of Cockroach it’s defiantly not the hotel back garden

Don't judge the hotel from the outside it could do with a lick of paint and some brighter lights downstairs but the hotel rooms were great amazing showers most important thing when away from home and a great bed to get your head down after a few beers

do not trust the other reviews, many things were bad.
1. the worst, they gave us the incorrect rooms and when we went back down to try and fix it, we were straight up told “i dont care”. this is EXTREMELY unprofessional and lousy customer service

2. anytime we plugged something in the wall the breaker flipped, they really need to fix their wiring

3. the bathrooms are extremely tiny, the provided soap and shampoo was half full (no attempt to replace from the last person) and the towels are so small you need atleast two to fully dry off

I would not recommend especially due to being told “i dont care”. never have I EVER heard someone tell their customers that they dont care they have a problem with their facilities, extremely unprofessional and honestly should be fired. we are getting a refund and a new hotel due to their incompetence.

EDIT: the wifi and ac also dosent work. what kind of 4.5 star hotel dosent have working wifi and air conditioning??? absolutely awful

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast a bit basic! Bit of a walk from the center but close to the German museum and river. Underground 5 mins walk.

Nice, clean rooms with a very welcoming and helpful hotelstaff. The breakfast was great and it was easy to park the car across the street of the hotel for only 6€ for a whole day. The garden or the living room/breakfast area are also very good places to relax with a cup of tea and a book. The hotel is very close to the center of the city and everything is in walking distance. We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Munich.

Great breakfast. Great location
