The ice cream is nice, what is like best is that they mention the ones with milk and without. This helps people to choose with lactose intolerance. Nice ambience and definitely value for money.

Recommended by Rick Steves and overall good ice cream. Their flavors are not traditional American (no vanilla chocolate or coffee). But the hazelnut and gingerbread were alright. Recommend to get on a hot day

Just came out from the Shop. And surprised behaviour of one Seller. Who are telling me loudly "his shop his Rules" u0026 he was trying to push me out when I said. "Sie sind sehr schlau" before he was not friendly with my German (a lady) Friend, u0026 then asking me ice cream is tasty.??? that was the situation. When I told him. how is behaving with us. And then suddenly he was shouting. Rest of the people left the shop immediately when they saw his behavior. And told me. Das kann nicht sein unglaubliche Verhältnis von Verkäufer.
I don't understand how can someone hire this kind of people???
And I don't comment about Ice cream after that.

Later we told him he has to give his name. So he wrote the name "Aristoteles" don't know name is fake or real .But his Smile was really fake and wishing us good day.
I have been many places in Europe. But never seen such behavior, not at all expected in service Industry such people. Sad. we went there. :(

I hope the Schuhbeck management see this and contact us. So we can tell more about their Colleague behavior.

I request other tourist avoid that shop.

Delocious ice cream with very unique flavors, ready to be enjoyed in a cosy central city area. A hidden gem for sure!

The ice cream is decent but the worker was really rude to a lot of customers for no reason .
He served people who were behind me in line before me I wouldn't recommend this shop if you want something cold or refreshing go to Starbucks
