Wonderful hotel! Very polite staff, always ready to help you with any questions. Really helped people from Ukraine during the war in Ukraine. This hotel has comfortable beautiful rooms and delicious food. Good location, right in the center. I advise everyone who will be in Munich to visit????????????

Great location. Clean room. Nice shower. They give plenty of soap/shampoo/lotion. Good to have snacks in room for purchase, if needed. Stayed on first floor #17 and unfortunately the crowds outside on the street were loud obnoxious all night, not the hotels fault, as there are bars right below. I’d stay again with a room NOT facing the street.

I chose this place among very overpriced central hotels, just to spend 1 night after a really tiresome journey. When I arrived close to midnight, the person at the desk was respectful but very cold and distant. I could really use a piece of smile or some kind of warmness at that hour. But maybe he had his own problems too, who knows...When I got my card to finally to go upstairs to end my exhausting day, the key card was not working. I went downstairs again, up again down again. The receptionist offered me his own keycard to resolve the issue. At night there were some loud noises from the street, but nothing too disturbing.
If you are looking for a place to crash my single room was a bit clostrophobic but still did the job. I had everything I needed. I still think the place was overpriced but considering the location and the proximity to oktoberfest, I think it was fair.
The best thing about the hotel is that it's crazy close to Hofbrauhaus and Hard Rick Cafe :)

I wanted to love this hotel but there are better four star properties in Munich. The location is great but…the rooms are drab and dark, with little natural light. The staff is neutral, neither warm nor friendly . The breakfast is the minimum you would expect. Other hotels of this caliber have free chocolate, a lobby or bar to hang out in, a full length mirror in the room and more careful house keeping. As a business traveler I would not stay here again. Since I was here for a week you think they would have gone out of their way. They did not. A disappointment.

nice hotel for a good price, and in city center.
for parking they sent me to nearby parking house, it's 21eur/day.
so in case you're staying for longer find a parking place outside the city center and use public transport, rental bikes or the electric scooters.
TIP: park nearby just to drop your luggage to hotel and then go park at cheaper location)

Phenomenally well appointed hotel. Great service. Lovely staff. Slightly spotty internet connection, but better than nothing. Super clean, well kept, and hot water on demand at any time of day. Stellar u0026 highly recommended.
