Beautiful cafe in the park with grear pastries and coffee. The staff was super friendly and helped me practice my german. We had such a good break here before heading back to sightseein.

I should start by saying the food was quite good; However, there is something absolutely incredibly wrong with the culture and management of this restaurant.

The waiter was extremely rude, and ignored our request for the bill on two occasions and purposely avoided making eye contact with us during the visit. He was simply passive aggressive and had no concern for our wishes.

It took two hours to eat and pay once we we seated.

Given that we wanted to see Palace this was an extremely frustrating experience.

I recommend avoid eating here unless you have hours to wait and enjoy being ignored.

Incredibly slow. Plan 3 hours to get a simple coffee. If you order with dessert, the dessert will come after your coffee is long gone

Terrible place. Service is one disaster - waiters don’t look at customers at all, so to make an order or to ask for the bill, you just need hunt them. They bring one piece of the order at time, so when one guest just starts eating another is already done. Mixed our order, brought dirty cutlery, and did not give the change back assuming it was a tip (we always leave tips but in this situation it was just simply unfair). At the end when we asked the change back and told her the service was terrible, the waitress told us we are not allowed to this place anymore. Well it was never our plan to return

It's been pleasure to visit this place. They have really good pastries u0026 coffee. The sever were so nice u0026 humble. Would like to visit again.

Lovely restaurant with friendly waiters, relaxed atmosphere and great food. It was a perfect choice after visiting the castle and walking through the park. The service was quick and friendly despite the restaurant being busy.

One of the best places to enjoy traditional Bavarian food. If you are lucky with the weather you can sit outside. All the food is homemade and from the starters over the main courses to the desserts and the cakes, you feel like in heaven.
