Bad experience. You cannot cancel the contract anytime like they say in their adds. I am trying since the end of November to cancel my contract. The cancelling function on the website doesn't work. They reply they will not issue refunds because they offer you online courses.

Spare yourself a bad experience. First you cannot cancel your plan anytime as it is announced! Second I was given wrong informations when I called before subscribing. I was only interested to use it for the swimming pool and subscribed to the unlimited plan. It turns out the pool is not included despite what is announced. They will reimburse you the next month up to the amount of your plan. You have to send the receipts and you keep on getting emails that tells you your files are too big and they can't use them... Overall it feels completely amateur and maybe it's even a rip-off.

worst ever system, very buggy app due to which I had lots of problems with scanning the ticket and completely helpless and ignorant support. other studios offer like 50 times more options. here you will find only outdoor trainings all around and couple decent studios offering smth else. was lucky to get a free month card, otherwise would never pay for this

I like the system so far. I like being able to pause my membership on their platform and being able to use it all over Germany. I would like to be able to cancel the membership on the website too. I did not find this option.

es hört sich alles gut an, allerdings funktioniert es in der Praxis nicht, man bucht eine Stunde und die muß dann vom Anbieter rückbestätigt werden, was meistens nicht passiert, dann ist dein Ticket für diesen Tag weg und wenn du die Stunde für den Abend gebucht hast, kannst du halt nicht mehr trainieren, zumindest mit den online Stunden funktioniert es nicht, du kannst dann eine email hinschicken zu my Fitness Card, das bringt dich aber auch nicht weiter, die werden erst Stunden später beantwortet, das Ticket kriegst du zwar gutgeschrieben, aber wenn du dich für den Abend eingetragen hast, dann nützt das auch nichts mehr. Absolut unterirdischer support. Habe derzeit 2 Tickets gebucht (seit Ende Juli 2019 ununterbrochen zahlendes und nutzendes Mitglied)
Wollte heute am 2. Weihnachtstag das eine Ticket im Studio einlösen. Dies war nicht möglich, mein kompletter Account wurde gelöscht und mein Dauerauftrag wurde gekündigt. Wer macht sowas bitte? Morgen möchte ich das nächste Ticket einlösen und natürlich weitere Tickets buchen. Doch das ist nicht möglich. Der Support wurde informiert, aber reagiert natürlich am Feiertag nicht.
Der monatliche Betrag wird natürlich regelmäßig abgebucht - dies funktioniert seltsamerweise immer.
Dies ist nicht mein erster gemeldeter Vorfall, aber der weitaus unverschämteste!
