We really enjoyed our meal at Kindl u0026 Schwan. Both of us had the vegetarian dinner of dumplings with mushroom gravy and then we shared a salad. It was delicious! Perfectly seasoned and the salad was very fresh. We finished by sharing lemon tiramisu for dessert, so creamy and refreshing on a warm day. The owners were so friendly. We would love to eat here again if we travel back to Munich.

We love to eat here. We come every Friday for lunch. Food is delicious and staff super friendly. The best restaurant in the region.

I can't comment on the food here but the staff are absolutely charming and patient with us school moms and dads who use this spot as our gathering place. In addition to dinner, they offer a small but nice selection of baked goods and espresso drinks plus a full breakfast menu. Prices are a bit higher here but the cozy space is great for the neighborhood.

Homemade food with a lot of seasonal, regional organic options. Every dish choice I tried at Kindlu0026Schwan was made to perfection, literally even very simple dishes like pasta have simply marvelous taste. You don't want your plate to be empty in the end, so nice are those :) The size of the portions are just spot on for healthy nutrition. The team's hospitality doesn't know the boundaries. Also how the old Grandma(Oma) recipes get their second birth always fascinates me at Kindlu0026Schwan. And for sure many creative dishes are virtuously transformed into modern contemporary dishes.
Oh, just forgot, the homemade jam\Marmelade is extraordinary, especially the Peer and Apricot jams (available only particular months)

Fresh ingredients, selections change daily, creative delicious dishes, reasonably priced. Lovely to sit inside or outside.
