nice business hotel, the rooms are specious, quiet and clean, there is also a capsules coffee machine in each room.
I stay there often as it is close to my office, the internet is ok but often it is lagging on video calls, street parking is available for free on the main street, in winter the rooms are a bit cold.
service should improve

Hi,i have a booking under booking number Hotelbuchungscode: 62836220,from 09.08.2020 until 15.08.2020 and have been allotted room number 501.Since sunday until today tuesday night 11.08.2020 22:30 pm my air conditioner has been non functional.I have been patient enough and didn't wanted to  complain but because of the warn and heat situation i couldnt take it any further and went to the reception to request for change of a room with a functional Air conditioner.In returned i was offer room number 502 which is with handicapped or for person with is on assisted living condition.I am speechless with this kind of treatment for a quest.
We have a group booking for our workers as well at your esteemed hotel , but this kind of service is not acceptable .I will see if tomorrow i will be able to get another room placing a request at the reception .

Big rooms with clean bathroom. Good air conditioning and fridge. Huge bed and big TV. Little expensive parking. Good localization - near highway. Nice place to stay couple of nights

Very clean hotel, helpful staff. Wide choice of breakfast. Overall a very good place to stay. The only negative thing about the hotel was the temperature of the room. It was way too hot and the thermostat didn't do much.

Overall clean but very basic 'premium' hotel with unfriendly and uncommitted staff. The breakfast is very expensive for the limited choice and the service staff at the breakfast was rude and uninterested.

It's a business hotel, nothing more nothing less. Friendly staff and the breakfast is good, too.
You can visit the bar 24/7 and enjoy a beer ... but that's basically it.
I had a problem with the shower, saying it was simply not staying at the intended position and always moving down, what makes the morning more tricky as it is anyway ;)
If you want to walk downtown. don't even think about it ... it's a hell of a walk. Either you take the next taxi or you should try to find a station and take the tram or bus.

Last but least, they have a parking garage at the end of the street with some parking lots marked with the hotel name. Either you drive in directly or ring the bell...

Great rooms, very clean and well stocked. Non stop bar downstairs with a nice terasse and great service. Breakfast buffet is very rich and varied. Overall the perfect hotel experience.
