Rooms are very clean, but very small. Personally not a problem for me. Friendly staff. Everyone speaks English. The breakfast was fresh and good choices for vegeterians. Nothing special but standard. For a nice price.

Very very worst.
Lot of dust in the room, no properly maintained with vaccum.
Very costly. Breakfast menu are very less.
AC was off during the mid night.
Small room. No proper place to keep our luggage, very small cupboard.
Wifi is not a great one. Slow speed.
I'm not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, customer service and most important the excellent location (nearby to Tram station and U-Bahn).
Special thanks to Sebastian Hessing from the reception team, great attitude and always there to help.

For sure I will book again when visiting Munich.

Rooms as expected. Clean etc. But try ordering a drink in the 12th floor bar. I sat for 15 minutes then got up to ask how I order a drink to be told! We come to you. Another 15 minutes I was asked to order. 10 minutes later the drink arrives! A total of 40 minutes. I wonder how long it will take me to pay! Nice bar let down totally by exceptionally slow service. Ok if you love being ignored
