It was a really nice hotel, was satisfied with everything. Booked for 3 nights for 172 € and was absolutely worth the price.
The check in was super easy and flexible, very nice employees.

The room was perfect and always very clean, appreciate that! We had a big table and another armchair. The bathroom was also very nice, big with a bathtub and nicely folded towels.
Wifi also worked nicely.

It's a bit further away from the city center but easily accessible by bus.

I booked a twin room for two nights. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with enough space. It is far from the city centre, I had to take a bus and a subway to get there, but the timetable is very well organised (for the bus it's a 10-15 mins waiting time).
I had a problem with the room door (I had to slam it a little bit to close it), however it was a beautiful stay.

They've merged Mercure and Ibis hotel. Room quality was okay. Service was absolutely wonderful. But the rooms AC was centralized and it was not at all cold. Also remember that vending machine works only with cash. Okay experience. Good.

Thuis hotel is horrible. I stayed one night, the room was dirty and had no soap, shampoo and the bathtub was full of hair from previous guests. The area is a bit weird.

The room was spacious and clean. We were short of one blanket which despite repeated requests was not provided and we had to sleep in the cold. Clearly housekeeping was either understaffed or untrained. Eventually front-desk acknowledged their mistake next morning and to make up for it, gave us free breakfast voucher as well as reduced our bill, however it did leave a bad memory for us.

Not exactly what one has come to expect from Mercure. The hotel in general seems like an oddly arranged collection of last minute decisions on the use of space. Reception, sitting between a makeshift bar and the dining area, is in the middle of a cluttered looking entryway. Walking through the hallway to the conference rooms gives on the feeling that they’re in the service hall rather than the primary corridor through a major hotel.

The standard rooms are rather dated and worn looking. The cream yellow walls were simply a bad choice. Lacking the warmth of a darker color of the crisp, clean looks of a white wall, they give the room a dingy feel. The well warn chairs in my room attest to a good deal of use. Though they didn’t look terrible, it’s just not what comes to mind when thinking of a Le Club Accor Hotel.

All in all, the hotel is OK. The rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The check in and out processes were quick and well explained.
