Really disappointed with hotel. The parking place is very narrow, for every turn you need to correct 2 - 3 times.
Moreover the ceiling height is 2.2m all over the hotel in lobby, in room etc. Very compact and compressed room. Not at all recommended

System was down, our reservation was lost however they provided a room and when I got to the room there was already someone inside. Then without apologising they gave me another room which was empty and actually it was clean which was good and around 2am in morning someone walked in my room with a different card and reservation. Both of us got pretty upset as we were not to blame of course. The day after they were charging me for 4 nights when I stayed for 1 only. Perhaps because the room had a specific reservation which was not mine. The staff in the evening don't have many manners and don't speak English very well. All in all a business trip I am trying to forget and an hotel I hope I never have to come back to. Terrible.

Spacious rooms, friendly service but the cleaning service should be improved: my room was quite dusty and the window seemed like not cleaned over the last year.
Pros: Good breakfast

Place with old interior. The rooms are not so cozy, but they are clean. Breakfast is good but not enough, when something finished they don't give it again. The lobby is very slow and reception is with bed service.

I dont recommend this place to anyone. We booked because of the sauna and bath option. They dont even have a bath, also sauna is not working. The room was not clean it had spider hole behind the bed. Really frustrating that we paid 70$ for a night and got this…

One elevator, long wait. Breakfast....Buffet, large selection. But... Only one coffee machine for the entire dining room, about 7 minutes waiting for coffee, then cold breakfast.

Breakfast is 20 euro with limited choice of food. Sanitary condition is a disaster, we found numerous cockroaches in the room.
