Kickletics provides an atmospheric and upbeat workout without the hassle of an old-school gym. The trainers are knowledgeable, fun and motivating. The space is minimalistic and can be navigated easily with excellent tutorials for each station. Being an expat and a mom in the city the concept worked wonders for the women in my moms non-profit organization—Über Moms. All of the trainers speak several languages, which takes the pressure off of any language barriers. I love the international city feel. If you are looking for a full-body workout that is fun, effective and in a friendly/postitive environment, look no further.

Training is 30 minutes and you can come when you want. Each training unit is about 3 minutes and Janes or Stephie will guide you, if you need any help. Place is small but never too crowded.
