fantastic staff, slightly messy show room, great customer service and advice to help choose the right coffee machine. the entrance is difficult to find, parking is almost impossible and you can't try the coffee because of covid at the moment though!

Bought my grinder from there along with a couple of accessories. I had a small consultation regarding different topics at the shop but ordered online for in-store pick-up, which was delivered much faster than original delivery date. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly, and offer many tips and tricks to get the most out of the purchased product. Can't wait till the cafe is back running to try their coffee.

Very good coffee for a decent price, strong and full-bodied. They also offer a wide selection of coffee beans.

The coffee there is basically just a way to promote their super-heavy premium espresso machines. To quote one of their employees "if you already own a Porsche, this is the place where you can buy the right espresso machine for you." I never bought one. But the espresso shot is only 1 € and it's one of the best in town. No plastic cups "to go", though.

Very good espresso from the outlet. But just be aware then you buy beans on the shell. It seems they don't dispose the stale beans.

I bought a pack of Gentile with a "best before" of 2019.06, which I assume the roasted date to be 2018.06 and it is 10 months sitting on the shell.

Very nice coffee, quite reasonably priced and pleasant staff in a stylish, yet industrial atmosphere.
The place doubles as a showroom / shop for espresso machines and grinders.
Plenty of specialty coffee for sale as well.
Highly recommended... and I'm saying that as a coffee shop owner (in Jakarta)
