Small restaurant with quality that appears to be inconstant. Buns not exactly fresh. Cheeseburger had hard edges, nuggets not crispy.

Restaurant, cleanish, service not too bad.

Great service (English, German and Yugoslav languages) :)) ! A bit tight and there are no smart screens for ordering, however, you can order everything at the entrance. It is a bit more expensive compared to McDonalds Cologne but still worth the price.

Food (I had the vegan burger) was great as always, but they messed up my order and gave me normal fries instead of curly fries, and the Sprite cup was not nearly full. And they don’t offer any changes to the burger like extra patty or pickles…
Not a good McDonald’s compared to the average!

Been here recently. I don't often go to fast food restaurants, so here's how I saw everything there. Well, cheap burgers such as hamburger or cheeseburger are not quite tasty as they lack sauce and lettuce. Why are they being on offer anyway? I don't get it... I guess next time I'd better add a few more euros to experience the true taste of Mc Don's best-known burgers.
The service was rather good, though. There weren't so many customers yestersay, although it was Wednesday evening. I was totally satisfied with a full answer to my question about types of coffee available at that moment.
One thing I didn't like about this place was the restroom: so tiny! Not enough space for two people who'd want to wash hands simultaneously... Other than that it's a nice place to have a hurried meal once in a while! :)

We were very disappointed, rude and arrogant person took our order which was McFlurry KitKat schoko icecreams, what we got was a simple chocolate sundae in McFlurry cup. On asking he said „i told you that there is no KitKat.“ which is against service. If McDonald have no such thing, why I was charged McFlurry rather not simple choc sundae.

He was bald aged man with no training, I guess. My last visit to McDonald for sure. Poor service, poor product.

We felt safe during covid times. Very good food.
