Wholesome meal. Waited in the queue, in rains for 1 hour plus, definitely worth it. I had the vegetarian ramen and ended up ordering a starter by mistake ????u200d♀️ Ended up eating the starter the next day and it still tasted beautifully flavoured.
Tip : go hungry , for real.

We went for dinner on a Friday evening and waited for some time. But we were lucky that we got a place near the place where they cook. The wait honestly was quite long, but for me it was worth it! The broth was very very nice ???????? (although some ofmy friends say it’s salty). A delicious dinner to start the weekend!

I ate at Takumi in all shops in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and München. But I think the one here is the worst. The broth is very very salty. The staff is doing good. But the atmosphere is very bad. If you come at the rush hour, you have to wait for a very long time. During the summer, they do not allow to open the window, so the temperature inside is very high.

We waited about 1 hour to get in around 6 on a Sunday which was okay but just to be noted. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly however the miso ramen broth was too salty for my taste (they shouyu ramen was slightly better). I found myself wanted to dilute it down. The soft boiled egg also was more cooked than my liking (normally enjoy them to be slightly gooey). The appetizers were great and the service was great as well.

Overrated:

Went on a Wednesday, waited 30 minutes in line.

Chicken tempura was nice, pretty crunchy. We ordered both of the special soups one with miso, one with garlic souce. The taste of the soups are with no question really good. But why would you only put 2 small slices of pork in them? We basically only ate ramen and soup for 13.80 and 14.80 euros. I could've done the same at home with 2 euros tops. The pork also didn't taste good.

If they used a normal amount of ingredients then I would've given a 5 star.

Well... frustrating and disappointing are two words that I can perfectly describe my expectations today.
Two friends of mine arrived earlier to get a table, which they didn't so they had to sit at the counter (no big deal). They made explicitly clear that another friend was arriving in 10 min (me), and one of the waiters told them they couldn't simply wait. So they decided to order some food (also for me)
When I arrived (12 min later) I just got in and sat close to them. The same waiter then came and simply told me I should wait outside.
I told him they have arrived earlier and made clear we were 3. According to him the laws of the restaurant (?) don't allow that, and that also people, who were waiting, would complain.
I asked him if someone had complained and he said no. So I told him to go outside and ask if someone waiting in the line was alone and wanted to get the seat.
Well...he did want to do that so I decided to go outside like he asked (not in the mood for stress over something stupid)
I left the restaurant and 2 mins later he came asking if someone was alone, since there were only couples, he told me I could join my friends.
If my friends were they for more than 15-20 min blocking a seat, I would totally understand...but 10 min? Come on!

So for the food: the entrees arrived after all this chaos (despise being ordered even before my arrival)
The guioza were really good, but the takoyaki were flavourless.
After waiting almost 1h our lamen arrived. I ordered the special one and oh boy... absolutely nothing special. The flavour is above average, but my my meat was MIA
It is a bit pricey, but since we are in Munich, it's reasonable.

Shortly: poor service and a bit above average lamen. Don't understand the hype and can't recommend

As many reviews have already mentioned, the waiting time could be quite long. I have experienced more than 1.5hr waiting on a cold and windy day. Surprisingly, on a hot sunny Sunday, we (2 ppl) just walked in and got a table.

The ramen was in general good. The broth was just amazing even on a hot summer day. The ramen noodles were nicely chewy. The fried chicken was crunchy and juicy inside. However the pork chashu was not as good. Too thinly sliced, dry, and not much marinated.
