Although it's priced slightly higher compared to other locations worldwide, they still offer the best fried chicken in town. It's a short walk from the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum station. The interiors were neat and clean and the staff showed excellent service attitude.

The food is nice and up to standards of a regular KFC (still too salty for me but that's the German way) but the WC was bad - no soap, pretty filthy (but it got better the second time I visited). The whole place was like a giant oven - super hot with no A/C running, just a big fan fanning so sitting outside is 100% better.
The staff were friendly - when I noticed they messed up my order, they apologized and made it up for me.

Friendly and polite staff. One of them speaking english and tried to help me to choose menu. I ordered bucket and i was satisfied.

The staffs are very very unfriendly . Went to ask about spoiled French fries , they didn’t listen to the problem fully - instead they started making fun of and went away without responding. Behavior of staffs are very rude .

They don't have air conditioner,out side was around +30 and it was very hard to sit inside in restaurant. I give 3 stars for very freindly and fast workers.

The staff is not service oriented and customer friendly. Delay in taking the bill and serving the order.

I wouldn't even give a star.

Now with vegetarian options as well. Tried the crispy tenders vegetarian and colonel burger. Were both good
